Sanctuary Health is a membership-based primary care program for adults seeking personalized, relationship-focused medical care.

This model provides longer visits, same-week access, and direct communication with your provider — without insurance billing or rushed appointments.

Services include: • Annual physicals • Chronic disease management (hypertension, thyroid, diabetes, asthma) • Office-hour acute visits (UTI, sinus infections, strep, etc.) • Preventive care and lab review • Mental health medication management

Please note: Sanctuary Health operates on a monthly membership model and does not replace emergency or hospital care. Services are provided during regular office hours.
